    Method

A number is only worth its baseline

    N/A

    no baseline, no claim

How we hold ourselves to it

    The problem

Most AI pilots report a number nobody can reproduce: a survey of how much faster the team feels, taken during the excitement of a launch. It is not a result, and it does not survive a CFO reading it.

    What KLIKFLO runs

    1. 1

Before anything ships, we agree the metric, its exact definition, and where the raw data comes from.

    2. 2

We pull a baseline from the system of record (historical, not remembered) over a window long enough to absorb seasonality.

    3. 3

After rollout we recompute the same metric from the same source, and we publish the misses alongside the wins.

    The outcome

    System of record

Every number traces to exported data, never a survey

    Like-for-like

Same definition, same filters, before and after

    Named owner

A person on your side signs off the measurement

    How the outcome was measured

    Baseline
Agreed and frozen in writing before the first workflow goes live.
    Method
One metric per workflow, computed the same way in both periods, with volume and mix checked so a change in workload is never mistaken for a result.
    Measurement window
Long enough to cover a full business cycle, typically a quarter on each side.
Measure it on your own workflow

Want the same measurement set up on one of your workflows?

We agree the metric and pull the baseline before anything ships, so the result is one you can put in front of a CFO.
